Naked espresso shot pictorial for analysis (and potential criticism)

I'm throwing open the floodgates of criticism for anyone with more expertise than myself to help analyse some of my espresso shots, in the hope of improving. They mostly taste great but i'm unsure of the mottling colour in the cup... not sure what that signifies... shots are running at 94 degrees and this was a costa rican coffee, light espresso roast.

Also notice i have three streams forming here, not one. I only seem to get one stream when the pour is too quick so i'm assuming three is generally not a bad sign?

Gone naked - first shots (with pics of La Marz triple basket)

First shots from my new naked handle this morning.

La marz triple basket. The holes in this basket go further towards the edge than my isomac double basket, it's bigger obviously (fits a 25g dose) and the side walls go almost straight down. That's a good thing!

It's a nicer fit on my tamper than the old double Isomac basket too.

It could be the new beans but i was able to grind a bit finer with the new basket, and also i noticed the coffee cake had bloomed a bit higher than normal (probably because there is more coffee in there).

Here's some pics for comparison. The coffee is Indo Java Semaru Estate - excellent. Shot was still a bit fast, with what appears to be a slightly uneven tamp. Hope you like baked beans..
