Update: coffee now identified as San Emilio pulped natural from 2009. This has got to be the most even-roasting, well behaved bean i've had yet. 420g roast, very loud first crack, virtually defect free and as you can see, a very even roast. 

I've got a new roast sheet which i downloaded... rather than scribbling everything on the bag this will keep the roast data a bit more orderly, and mean I won't have to type everything out here.
